After 20 months, the United States is open to foreigners, recognizing 8 vaccines

The United States is opening its borders to foreign travelers who have been fully vaccinated against the corona virus since Monday. The United States has imposed a 20-month travel ban on Monday.

Former President Donald Trump imposed the ban in March 2020 because of Covid-19. More than 30 countries, including the United Kingdom and the European Union, have not been able to reunite their families due to US rule. The ban has hit the tourism sector hard.

With the new rules, the airline expects the number of visitors to increase. The official said that the condition of the visitor’s vaccine will be looked into very carefully. United Airlines expects international passenger arrivals in the United States to increase by 50 percent. The head of Delta Airlines has said that some passengers may have to wait for their turn.

Passengers will now need to submit a full vaccination certificate, test for covid negative within three days of departure and submit their contact details before taking off.

The eight main vaccines used internationally are being recognized in that process.

The number of vaccines to be recognized in the United States has risen to eight since November 8, after the World Health Organization approved the covana vaccine for emergency use. Vaccination is mandatory for entry into the United States after November 8. Covacin produced by Bharat Biotech is 78 percent effective.

Jovanson & Johnson, Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covishield, Verosel, Synovac have been recognized for entry into the United States.

Since the United States only recognizes vaccines approved by the FDA and the World Health Organization in the United States, those vaccinated with Chinese vaccines Cyanoform (Verocell) and Synovac (Coronavac) will be allowed to enter the United States, while those vaccinated with the Russian vaccine Sputnik will not be allowed to enter the United States.

Chinese travelers were barred from entering the United States in early 2020 to prevent the spread of the coyote, and the ban has since been extended to other countries.
