Bleeding during menstruation lasts for five to eight days. There is a lack of blood in the body. Problems such as weakness and fever appear. All of these symptoms are caused by a lump in the uterus.

Women between the ages of 45 and 50 think that irregular menstruation or excessive bleeding is a problem related to menopause and they think that this problem ends after menopause.

But all of these signs are indicative of a fibroid problem in the uterus. Today, the problem of fibroids is becoming more common in women over 40 years of age. In this problem, small round nodules form in the muscles of the uterus, which are more in some and less in others. This knot can be the size of a grape donation and can grow to the size of a football. Its number varies from person to person.

Fibroids are often caused by excessive bleeding. If the lump is small or outside the uterus, the woman does not have any symptoms, but the fibroid that occurs in the cavity inside the uterus, which causes excessive bleeding, is known. The fibroid found inside the uterus is called submucous fibroid.

Such a large fibroid, which enlarges the size of the uterus and its cavity. That is what causes excessive bleeding. Excessive bleeding causes anemia in women and they suffer from anemia. Anemia can cause weakness, body aches, fever and other serious illnesses in women. Fibroids are a type of uterine tumor that can cause cancer. Zero point two percent is also likely to cause cancer. So it is dangerous to ignore it.

Causes of fibroids

Menstruation is sometimes irregular during menstruation, but this type of symptom is also seen during the onset of fibroids. So if you see such symptoms, it is advisable to see a doctor. According to doctors, the problem of fibroids is more visible in women nowadays. Fibroids are more likely to occur in women who have not had sexual intercourse for a long time.

This problem is more common in unmarried people who start suffering from the age of 30. According to doctors, after a certain age, the need for physical contact arises in the internal organs of the body and if that is not fulfilled, the problem of fibroids arises. According to this fact, when a woman’s body is ready to give birth to a child, various hormonal changes take place. According to these changes, such problems arise when the body does not give birth to a child.

Women who are not pregnant for a long time have this type of lump in their abdomen. Apart from this, women who do not get sexual satisfaction from their husbands also have this problem. Our changing and erratic lifestyle and stress is the biggest cause of fibroids.

About 50 percent of women develop uterine fibroids at some point in their lives, but most women are unaware of it. Because in the beginning there are no symptoms. Symptoms appear on most hair. Ultrasound or various tests performed before delivery are known for this. In some women, the uterine lump is covered and can only be seen after an ultrasound. There are many small nodules in the uterus. If it gets too big in size, women will have trouble conceiving and will have miscarriages again and again.

Some women do not have many problems with fibroids. If it doesn’t cause cancer, doctors think it’s normal and leave it at that. After menopause, such knots dry out on their own. But when the symptoms of fibroids begin to appear and menstrual problems begin to occur, it is advisable to remove it. If the tumor is growing fast, the doctor will look at it carefully and treat it accordingly.

Treatment of fibroids

Initially, fibroids are not known. Irregular menstruation for many months, constipation, persistent urination and burning of urine are the initial symptoms but most women ignore these symptoms. Doctors also prescribe it as a urinary tract infection. But when sudden high bleeding and rapid pain

It starts and menstruation lasts for ten to fifteen days only then women become conscious.

Most of the time menstruation starts at intervals of ten days and bleeding continues for many days. This is a clear indication that you have a fibroid problem. Doctors confirm this by ultrasound or MRI.

There are different ways to treat fibroids, depending on the size and nature of the fibroids. Young women who want to get pregnant are given hormone injections to reduce the size of the fibroids. In other women, fibroids are surgically removed. Now there is a new treatment method for this, in which the fibroid can be removed without tampering with the uterus.

Such treatments include myolysis or laser removal, myomectomy (surgical removal) and uterine artery embolization (non-surgical treatment (foam injection is given to the arteries)) to stop the blood circulation to the fibroids. Due to which the size of these knots does not increase and it shrinks.

Tumors can also be destroyed by radio frequency in non-surgical treatment techniques. In another treatment, with the help of MRI and ultrasound, the nodules are pulled out of the body in small pieces.

This type of treatment should be done by skilled doctors in a good hospital. This treatment is also a bit expensive. Therefore, it is better to get treatment in two or four hospitals only after understanding it.
