– Amla powder relieves the problem of constipation.

– Constipation is cured by consuming Golbheda.

-Pour a little salt in the water kept in the copper pot and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.

– Drink plenty of water

If you want to get rid of constipation, you should drink plenty of water. This makes it easier to defecate. If you don’t feel like drinking water, you can drink juice and other beverages.

Fiber-rich foods

Include foods high in fiber in your diet. It helps to keep the stomach completely clean. Also, it does not cause gas or constipation in the stomach. Green leafy vegetables, beans, fruits, unprocessed grains, etc. are rich in fiber.

Eat yogurt, not milk

Cheese, milk and other dairy products contain lactose, which causes flatulence and bloating. So it should be avoided. Yogurt can be consumed instead of milk. It also contains protein and it does no harm.

Magnesium food
